Great massage from this new spa, the pressure is perfect. I got a 90 mins massage, she did from my shoulder and lower back, I was really helped me. I got pain after long flight. The price is fair also , good attitude stuff.

My first experience here was fantastic, great attention to detail, communication and my stress was fully relieved. My second experience however was much different. When it first started I was asked what strength I was looking for, soft, medium or hard. When I responded that I wanted hard I was told that was $10 more so I could only have a medium strength massage for regular price. Then through out the massage I was left no less than three times for other customers entering the front door with no prior communication and only after the second time she left did she call anyone else for assistance upon her return to the room. Then to top all that, after the less than satisfactory massage when I was leaving I was hounded with demands for a tip.
Excellent massage! Katie and Ruby give excellent massage and really work out all of my sore muscles. Highly recommend.
The hard table was fine but the hole where you pressed your face was small and hurt my forehead terribly! Not enough cushion (I think it’s just wood and cloth there) and the hole can cut you. That part felt rough. Second I paid for 90 minutes full body massage but wanted to concentrate on my back and feet 🦶 however not only did I not get a full body massage the areas I wanted massaged felt half done. For example she massaged my feet a bit and then half the time spent time doing something that felt like slapping my feet… Worse was my back! I have no damaged or broken back but the awkward angle she used to massage my neck and back hurt!!😢 I told her to stop and how I wanted a back massage and she massaged my arms. When I left my back was out of alignment and my neck hurt from her massage- I had to do careful yoga 🧘 stretching to get back into alignment and ached for hours afterwards. Price was $110 Tipping is demanded and I reluctantly gave $8 Language is a barrier masseuse speaks Chinese Mandarin. I regularly get massages and don’t feel she did a good job at massaging me. She might be learning, she might be new but I don’t want to be a guinea pig. Last concern is from a comment from a male client about groin massages and that should not be happening at all. If that’s her expertise it explains the bad massage. Made me reflect that she’s pretty and well dressed (slightly provocative) and that other masseuse dress in nurse scrubs because of the oil that gets on them and to be more professional. If she’s not providing such services I apologize but nonetheless won’t return to questionable service.
If I could I would give a zero star “I went in for back pain relief, but the massage didn’t help at all. The pressure was inconsistent, and it felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. “Way too expensive for the quality of service. I expected much better for the price I paid.”
